The compact and sturdy box measures 14-1/2" X 9" X 2"H and has a leather carrying handle and brass plated snap clips. All the parts are nestled securely and neatly inside and the box is then overwrapped with a protective layer of clear film enclosing sturdy cardboard protective corners. My 11 year old granddaughter was thrilled with this artist kit. It has everything needed to get a serious start on art for a beginner. Beautifully presented in sturdy, professional looking display kit. I would recommend it highly. You can tell it is made in USA and not that other country. Only top quality materials.
